How I got into building sunrooms
I taught myself carpentry on my own projects, then learned the rest building patios and sunrooms for other people until I started this business in Montclair in 2017. Most of our calls come from homeowners who have a covered patio, a deck or a bare slab and want more out of it, so turning those spaces into rooms people actually use is what we're best known for. When I come out, I'll size up your space quickly and tell you straight what'll work and what won't.
What I care about most is that the room fits the way you'll use it, so you're not paying to heat and cool a space you don't need, or stuck with a porch when you wanted a room for every season. I come out myself to look at the job and measure, and our crew lead runs the build with our installers. That way the person who sized up your job is the one answering for it, right through the final look.

Our estimates spell out what's included and what isn't, like insulation, heating and cooling, and permits. That lets you lay our bid next to someone else's and compare them fairly.

We'll help you choose between a room you can use all year and a simpler enclosed or screened space, based on how you'll actually use it. We settle insulation and windows at the design stage too, because they're far easier to get right while we build than to add later.

Licensed and fully insured. In Montclair, the city's Building Division issues building permits, and a licensed contractor pulling one has to show a valid license and proof of workers' comp insurance. When your job needs a permit, we prepare the plans, handle the city paperwork and keep you posted on where it stands, and we'll tell you at the estimate who's pulling it.
